I am glad you asked. I secretly collect parchments, and I study new things all the time!  

Some formal qualifications include a Diploma in Nutrition, an Undergraduate Certificate in Lifestyle Coaching, Diploma in Health Coaching, a Diploma in Business Management and I have studied the multi-disciplinary process of PSYCH-K. I am furthering my university studies by completing a degree in Clinical Nutrition, and studying subjects  in Stress Management, Self-care & Mindfulness and Psychology.  I am also enjoying expanding my NLP (neuro linguistic programming)  and QiGong education. I have undertaken many short courses including Food Psychology, Mental Health: Building Awareness and Resilience, and Gut Health: Microbiome and Wellbeing. 

I started in business at 14 and have collected a few business awards too, these include local and national awards. My life experience has offered many valuable lessons that don’t come with parchments. I use those to share unconditional love, insight, wisdom, empathy, understanding and compassion.
